01Brief
Every job starts on-site or on a drawing: load requirements, site access, material spec, and the standard it has to certify against.
02Design
Every part is modelled and checked against its load case before a single sheet of steel is touched — geometry, tolerance, and weld spec fixed on paper first.
03Fabricate
Cutting, forming, and welding, done in-house against the drawing set — no subcontracted guesswork on tolerances that matter.
04Finish
Galvanizing, powder coat, or raw mill finish — matched to the environment the piece has to survive, with weld and dimensional QA signed off before it leaves the shop.
Weld and dimensional QA signed off before it leaves the shop.
05Install
Delivered and installed to the original spec, snagged and signed off on-site — the part that turns a fabricated piece into finished, standing work.

00Design to install
RBR takes a fabrication brief from first sketch to installed steelwork — design, engineering, fabrication, finishing, and install, run as one process, not a handover chain.
